Technical Comparison of Casio CTK-7300IN, CTK-6300IN and CTK-860INK2

The most common type of feedback that I receive on my blog are if Yamaha keyboards better than Casio, if Casio X model is better than Y model.

The choice of the brand is largely decided by buyer-preference since each brand brings it’s own USP to it’s products and the differences are often quite subtle. The choice of model is largely decided by buyer-budget as higher budgets tend to allow purchase of models that are technically more advanced. That said, buyers must be careful about what they think they need in their product.

For ex: just because you can afford a DSLR, does not mean you should buy one and take it to the beach. Not only you are risking damage to a relatively expensive piece of electronic equipment, it is also so cumbersome to use for casual photography, that you might abandon it altogether. There are weather-proof cameras that are much better for sea-side casual photography.

Read on to discover a technical comparison of recent models of Casio keyboards.

  1. Hello Sir,
I am very confused between Casio CTK 7300IN and Yamaha PSR I455.
My Requirements are- good grand piano sound, good harmonium, original like tabla rhythms (not with drums).
Additional- I would like tweak around various parameters of tones for learning.
